The product

The pass is the mechanism. The receipt is the product.

A loyalty pass that lives in your customers' wallets, an agent that proposes three win-back moves a week, and the dollar figure showing what came back.

How it works

Track. Propose. Prove.

1

Track

Visits, spend and rewards land against a customer the moment the pass is scanned. Nothing to fill in.

2

Propose

Once a week you get three moves, each with the customers it targets and the revenue it's predicted to bring back.

3

Prove

The moves you approved are reconciled against real spend, so you can see what the last one actually returned.

What you're actually buying

One agent. Six moving parts.

Not a swarm of autonomous workers — one supervised agent that reads your customer data once a week and hands you three decisions. Here is every piece it runs on.

The pass

Scan a QR, a loyalty pass lands in Apple or Google Wallet. No app to download, on either side of the counter.

Visits & points

Tap, scan or a POS webhook records the visit. The pass in their pocket updates itself — no reprinting, no punch cards.

The weekly agent

Every week it reads your own customer data and proposes three moves — who's lapsing, what to offer, what it's worth.

Your approval

Nothing goes out until you tap approve. You can edit the offer and the copy first, or dismiss the move entirely.

The send

Approved win-backs go by email, with one-click unsubscribe and a per-customer frequency cap in front of them.

$

The receipt

Who came back, what they spent, and how it compares to the number we predicted when you approved the move.

Where AI is doing the work we say so: it answers questions on the pass concierge, drafts pass copy in the studio, and drafts campaign copy in Campaigns. The weekly win-back moves are not among them — those come from proven templates you edit before approving.

The rules we ship with

What Tapme won't do.

No SMS

Texting carries A2P 10DLC and TCPA exposure we won't put on a café. Email and the wallet already do the job. SMS is hard-off at the send path, not just hidden in the UI.

No marketing through your customers' lock screen

Apple's guidelines prohibit marketing via pass update messages. Wallet notifications stay transactional — points earned, reward ready, reward expiring. Offers go by email.

Nothing sends itself

The agent proposes; you approve. Unattended sending is off unless you turn it on, and a daily cap, quiet hours and a per-customer frequency cap sit in front of every send either way.

The stack

Layers that make each other smarter.

01

The digital pass

Scan a QR code, a pass drops into Apple or Google Wallet. No app. The way in.

02

The customer record

Visits, spend, rewards and recency, kept per customer and scoped to your business alone.

03

The weekly agent

One supervised agent. It reads your data, proposes three moves, and waits for you.

04

The approval queue

Every proposed send sits here first, with its audience and its predicted return attached.

05

The money report

Approved moves reconciled against real spend — what we said, next to what happened.

06

The pass concierge

Tap the pass and ask a question. This one really is answered by AI.

See it work on your business.
