Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Tapme, the AI customer operating system provided by Tapme ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you are using Tapme on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for the data you upload or collect through the service, including obtaining any consent required to message your customers.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Your plan determines which features are available to you. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period unless required by law.

We may change prices with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

You agree not to use Tapme to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited messages, to violate the rights of others, to reverse engineer or disrupt the service, or to exceed the limits of your plan through automated means. You must comply with applicable messaging laws (such as TCPA and CAN-SPAM) and with the terms of any integration you connect.

You retain ownership of the customer data you bring to or collect through Tapme. You grant us the limited license needed to host and process that data to provide the service. Wallet passes are delivered through Apple Wallet and Google Wallet and are subject to those platforms' terms.

Tapme includes AI-assisted features such as the concierge and campaign planner. AI output can be inaccurate — you are responsible for reviewing it before acting or sending. We do not guarantee any particular result or revenue outcome.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or remove features, and may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tapme is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using Tapme at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. On termination your right to use the service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.
